  • 1.  Symantec NAC and McAfee

    My Customer is currently testing Symantec NAC and would like to know if and how the solution can check presence, service status, version and eventually update status of these McAfee solutions: McAfee Agent 4.0/4.5 VirusScan Enterprise 8.5/8.7 (plus Antispyware) Host Intrusion Prevention 7.0 All doable by templates or custom policies will be needed?

    You will have to use custom requirements to achieve some of this.
    But it shouldn't be too difficult. You could as well start from a template doing a similar check and modify it to suit your needs.
