Usually the reports in DLP are in HTML format. We can also configure to send a schedules CSV report.
Here are the simple steps:
1. Check the configuration of the SMTP settings on DLP Enforce Server: login to DLP Enforce Server console, click on 'System' --> 'Settings' --> 'General', make sure 'Send report data with emails' is selected, and the SMTP server is properly configured:
2. Go to 'Incients', select a report from the left panel, click 'Send',
if select 'Send Now':
input the necessary information:
then the report will be send as HTML format.
3. Select 'Schedule Distribution':
4. Choose the 'Attachment' as 'CSV', and input other necessary information:
5. Save the report:
Then, the report will be send as CSV format.
Hey Anupama,
It’s likely that option isn’t available to you because the option is not enabled for your particular user role. I would suggest asking your Access Management admin to review the role options.
