Hi, I solved the error.
The problem is the Broadcom Manual, out of date and does not inform the configuration correctly.
We configured Palo Alto to send the TRAFFIC LOG and URL LOG as Default.
In the Broadcom manual you are guided to configure the field, TRAFFIC and URL, but it is not necessary.
I recommend updating the manual.

I have the same problem, I can't import Palo Alto logs using SpanVA.
Were you able to resolve this error in your environment?
