As users of the Symantec IT Management Suite (ITMS), you have available the power and automation of the most capable system management tool available. Traditionally though the use of this level of functionality has come at a cost - the requirement to train administrators in the use of the platform, limiting the amount of staff you have available to perform certain end user IT requests. To overcome this limitation, Protirus have developed Workstation Management, a web based, cross browser supported interface allowing granular and secure access to functionality within ITMS.
