Hello Everybody!
I need help, I am a new symantec user and I have separate SEP agent and WSS agent. I make use of auth connector in AD for WSS but I have been getting error status in the connection and when I see the agent logs of any computer it only shows me: Not currently connect to WSS. A new connection attempt will be made
I have tried the connection to ctc.threatpulse.com, proxy.threatpulse.net but the ping completes.
Do you have any idea what could be going on, or has anything similar happened to you? Any settings I don't see or advice?
