Hello-
We have a client we no longer support but I am still seeing a couple of their computers running our Cloud based SEP product. I have Deleted the computers a few times, (which I think is supposed to uninstall the product silently then Delete the device from my list?) But it does not appear to be working. I tried it again today about 6hrs ago and the two machines in question are still present and "online". Am I missing something? I have no access to the machines or that network anymore and there are no logon script installers on the domain anymore. Out of 240 computers, just these last two remain... any ideas? Thank you in advance.
