Slow speed when using CPL detect protocol(no)

Is there a case where the speed is slow when using the detect_protocol(none) clause in the proxy CPL policy?

It's an application called bentley,
I deleted the cpl policy registered with detect_protocol and it worked normally.
When it is registered as detect_protocol, the response speed is too slow.

Can you figure out the cause?
