Occasionally the Browser extension that the SESC/SEP agent installs on end user's computer will block a URL that might not need to be blocked.

I've attached an example of what the SEP Browser Extension does.  This is not part of the Cloud Security Gateway policy.

I know we can add an exception to an allow rule in one of the policies, but in this case the owner of the website that is being blocked would like to submit their URL for review as they don't believe they have any content that should cause their site to be blocked.

Does anyone know where to go to submit a URL for review and find out what it is about their site that causes it to be blocked?

Hi Machello,

Thanks for using the Broadcom Community!

The screenshot provided shows a URL Reputation type block.

If you feel the URL is genuine and your trust it, you can submit it as a URL Reputation False Positive per the link below:
https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/206213/url-reputation-false-positive-process.html

If after you submit the file you don't get a response after 24 hours, kindly reply back to the confirmation email for an update.

Best,
