SEP 14.3 RU5 Client Fails to Install

Has anyone else been having trouble installing the new client?

Fresh installation on machines (Server 2016, Server 2008 R2, Windows 10) fails and I am not seeing any culprit in the install logs.

This isn't the first time I've had a bad installer, but I've tried generating 4ish installers now with a few different settings, but none have worked.

Is there some trick to this new version?

i don't know if you solved it yet or not, but the problem if from a missing certificate
