SEP 14.3 RU4 and Cisco Anyconnect issue

In our case, SEP is breaking the Anyconnect VPN client. An uninstall get it working again and a reinstall of SEP seems to be working as well. This has been the fix for now but have hundreds of clients breaking. Has anyone experienced this?
