Dear Sirs,

I am writing in regard to the TCP Window Size scaling.
I get the packet capture with ProxySG on one network environment.
the TCP Window Size scaling in the captured packet become as the follows.

“Window size scaling factor: -2 (no window scaling used)”

In case that no ProxySG used, the Window size scaling is used.

I would like to know why the Window size scaling become no use if the Web site access via ProxySG.
Are there any config or command on ProxySG to disable Window size scaling function ?

Hello Raja,

Thank you for quick reply.
I already read the knowledge you specified.
I already do the test with “RFC-1323 support: enabled” and “RFC-1323 support: disabled”.
In both cases, the TCP Window size scaling become as follows.

“Window size scaling factor: -2 (no window scaling used)”

Could you think of anything else ?

Hi,
even when this is pretty old:
Did you restarted the Proxy after switching RFC-1323 ? I learned, that all TCP-Parameter-Changes needed an reboot to become productive
