 IP Removal doesn´t work

Hello,

we have bought a new IP address range and it is on the **** at symantec from the beginning.
Now we wanted to run an email server there and we just can't get the address range off the ****. I have pressed the Investigation button on https://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/lookup 10 times (1 per day), but there is no reaction. All addresses of the range are simply on it.

I am sure that no spam was sent from the address range in the last half year, because we have had it for so long and an e-mail service has only been running there for 2 weeks as a test.

I would appreciate it very much if these are taken down. Can you help me with this?
Our new area starts with 104.151.32.234 and ends at 104.151.32.238.

You really should open a case with customer support. 
They can properly, and efficiently, handle your request, much better than I.
If customer support doesn't resolve your issue, let me know and I will try and follow up.

I'm very willing to help you, but I'm just pointing out that I am not a "shortcut"
(more like a "long-cut":  they deal with these issues every day)
