 Can somebody help with No Tracking Data on managed software

I have a lot of software that is returning no tracking data, and it is not consistent. For example, I have a device that has 4 managed software installed and 3 out of 4 are returning no tracking data. Can someone please explain to me what does that mean? Do I have to check some settings or what?

Hi

Please check this documentation, step by step to make sure that all computers have "Inventory Agent" and "Application Metering" agent installed, Inventory is gathered from computers, Software product has enabled "Usage tracking" and correct .exe files, file(s) version is set there to meter usage.
