Does Symantec Messaging Gateway support ARC? 

If yes, can anyone share the steps on how can I proceed on it?

The current supported versions of SMG do support ARC. 

We are investigating adding support in a future release.  If this feature is important to your enterprise, I suggest you contact your sales representative or your Customer Success Manager and let them know.
