Hello,
The only thing that could occur is that you forget to download the ISO file
from Microsoft portal and upload the ISO to the NS in the proper path, that
needs to be specified in the policy.
Did you do it? Sorry if it does not help you much..

Enabled the policy and target the test client.
But there is no package downloaded to the client. I am not sure if there is some steps missing. Please advise.
