Hi All,
I have a query that how can I detect web whatsapp incidents as other incidents in web uploads are triggered, but when trying to upload the files and trying to trigger the incidents then there is no incident detected.
I have checked both channels network / endpoint but somehow it seems whatsapp incidents are not triggered.
Can anyone please let me know if this can be resolved.
