See the VIP Enterprise Gateway 9.11 Release Notes for more information regarding the release. The LiveUpdate server will be active on February 9th, 2024.
With the release of v9.11, we are also announcing the End of Support date for all of the v9.9.x releases - January 31st, 2025. If you are running v9.9 (or an earlier, already out of support release), we recommend that you begin planning for the upgrade this year. You can upgrade directly from v9.9 to v9.11.
Important note : In the fall of 2024, VIP is updating its SSL certificates to use ones signed by the G2 root CA. After that change, any client, application, or system that uses certificates that are signed by the G1 root CA will no longer be able to connect to the VIP service. This includes all EGW releases prior to v9.9.x. We will be offering a tool to upgrade EGW v9.9 and v9.10 to support the G2 root CA. See this KB article for more information.
