Initially I thought this was reporting, but this is what I am seeing from the affected computer.

Hi Ain,
I checked the scripts used by corresponding software updates to install Google Chrome and they don't involve post-installation steps (besides disabling the autoupdate) so it's a matter of Google Chrome installer to remove older version(s) when installing a new one.
I was not able to reproduce this on numerous systems that installed dozens of new Chrome versions for several years so my recommendation would be also to check whether it could an issue of reporting rather than computers actually having all of these versions remaining?

Subject: Updating Google Chrome with Patch Management
A user has been using Patch Management to update Google Chrome and found out that some computers retain the older Chrome versions, as seen in the report below.
I could not find any article that mentioned the older version of Google Chrome will be uninstalled after an update.
This KB only mentioned about disabling auto update.

Question:
Does updating Chrome with Patch Management remove the older Chrome version?
If it does, is there any specific configuration to ensure this happens?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Ain
