I've noticed lately with some HP laptops (this model being the latest 1W798AV i've used) I cannot see the hard drives beyond the BIOS. Clearly visible in BIOS but when it comes to ghosting it cannot be seen (even with diskpart). If the hard drive is cloned and then put into the laptop you can see windows boot manager via boot menu but if you boot from that it will have a blue screen with something like an inaccessible boot device.
Do I need to inject the Intel RST drivers into the ghost boot disk usb and then also install the RST drivers so the computer can see the hard drive for it to work. If so is there a pack or something as it would be a pain in the .... finding drivers for different hardware.
No Legacy Option in BIOS or Options to change HDD mode. Secure Boot also turned off and so is TPM.
Using the latest ghost64.exe from GSS RU10.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi MERVYN JACKSON,

You may just put missing drivers to corresponding CUSTOM folder before creating your WinPE to have drivers in winpe.
i.e. if you use 64-bit WinPE 10 then put drivers(drivers may be located under different folders also) to "<GSS InstallPath>\Bootwiz\Platforms\WinPE10\x64\Drivers\CUSTOM\Drivers"

In order to have those drivers after image deployment to let computer with deployed image to boot properly, please import missing drivers into Driver library(GSS console > Tools >  Deploy Anywhere Driver Database Management) and distribute image with option to use DeployAnywhere hardware independent imaging. You may define tags for specific drivers when adding them into Dirver Library, and then configure image deploy job so that deploy anywhere injected drivers with specific tags. (add to parameters /tags=<comma separated list of tags>)

    Thanks,
    Roman
