    Hi ,

    Enduser faced a popup and didn't took the screenshot of error and removes the PGP application from the system. 

    Now, the issue is user is unable to open files , folders, drives..

    In the logs from console of symantec pgp encryption desktop, its showing instrument failed: unable to commit. In the logs of enduser machine.
