Software Execution Attemps: quesitons

Hello,

I have two questions regarding this report.

1st - Policy Name empty:

Do you know why some policies appear with the name Empty? As you can
see, when we run the report, in some cases, dependendong of the policy the
name of it appears empty. We can figure out what the policy is because we
apply filters in the policy name, but it is so uncomfortable.




2nd - return Code:

Where we could add/specify the "Return code description"? Could we
create customized Return Codes? I have one Policy made by three tasks, and
I have configured within the taks different Exit codes, and I would like
that those Exist codes are reflected in the policy return code. Is this
possible?

Hi Pablo Llorente!

1.  Empty name in report is a known problem and there is a fixed stored procedure. https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/258279/
Download it and execute it for "Symantec_CMDB" database from SQL Management studio 

2. Error code descriptions are available here

Managed Delivery policy with "Quick Delivery" tasks will return error code in "Execution Attempts" report
Based on what error codes are set for command line
Other type of tasks (script tasks) in Managed Delivery policy do not return error codes and policy do not get their exit codes output.
