Server status about one computer can not update

  • 1.  Server status about one computer can not update

    Sir,
    It happen in the condition as below
    OS: win10
    Symantec Endpoint :14.3
    Client computer can update virus definition successfully, but server
    administrator check the status about client computer is fail to update, how
    to fix it? Thanks & Regards
