SEPM - Email Server Settings - Sender Email Address

Hello everyone,
Can anyone help me with something that i don't fully understand.
When you create a new SEPM i don't remember if you are prompted with defining an Sender Email Address.
If not, and somebody else added a different address, can i replace it with another one ?
I'd like for the emails that arrive from SEPM to not show [e-mail]
I'd like to customer them so that i may know from where i receive the emails and to be able to filter out much better all the emails that arrive from SEPM.

Anyway these things i'm thinking, possible ? :)

This is configurable in the SEPM console, under Admin -> Servers -> <Your_SEPM_Name> -> "Edit the server properties" -> "Mail Server" tab -> "Sender email address" field
