I'm guessing that you want an IP address removed from a block list. (If i'm wrong, then just ignore)
If you need an IP address removed from a block list, you should consider:
1. Using the tools provided in the SMG to request removal.
2. Contacting customer support and opening a case.
3. If you are NOT a customer of Broadcom/Symantec, then work with one of your partners who IS a customer to request the removal.
