  • 1.  Regarding upgrading from ATP to EDR

    Hello Team,

    We have a challenge that customer is using ATP 2.2 version and is unable to login.

    Now as the ATP is end of life they need to upgrade to EDR supportable version. Hence i need to know if there any way/article to upgrade from ATP to EDR now as they are not able to login to ATP.

    Kindly someone provide your inputs.

    Hi Sachin,

    ATP 2.2 reached its end of support back in January 2019 and so was an unsupported version when the first EDR 4.0 version first shipped in March 2019 and so an upgrade from version 2.2 to version 4.0 was never a supported or tested upgrade path.

    EDR 4.x also delivered significantly improved features and functions compared to ATP 2.2 that I would recommend that the customer considers the implementation of the latest release, EDR 4.8, as a brand new deployment.
