I opened a ticket at Broadcom and this is their response:
Currently there is a known issue with Chrome version 113 with the Symantec
browser extension, and Google is working on fixing the issue in version
115. We are also working on a fix that should be deploy via LiveUpdate.
While Google continues working on a fix for this issue, we're looking to
release an emergency LiveUpdate soon.
