Symantec Patch Management solution has been migrated to a new version of patch datafeed (7.4) starting from PMImport build 7.4.1484 published to the standard import URL on 3-Apr-2024.
New datafeed version doesn't introduce changes in functionality and is backward compatible with previously created software update policies.
Please note that the following operating systems are no longer be supported with the new datafeed version:
- Windows XP
- Windows Vista
- Windows Server 2003
- Windows Server 2003 R2
- Windows Server 2008
Assessment scan is terminated with the exit code 9 on OS versions that are no longer supported and corresponding error is logged to the Altiris Log on the endpoint.

For a period of time fallback datafeed of the legacy 7.3 version will be posted to https://www.solutionsam.com/imports/7_3/patch/windows/pmimport.cab URL.
