malicious site blocked

Hello,

Once in a while im getting some reports from users that a website is blocked. They use Endpoint protection on their system managed by Endpoint protection manager. Web and cloud access protection policy is disabled in SEPM.
Can i somehow control this behaviour? **** sites? The last site blocked is a false positive. I know there is a website i can use to submit websites to be whitelisted but can i control this somehow from SEPM?

I also would like to know this because of phishing campagnes we want to start. We would like to know if we can **** specific websites and not get a notification Malicious site blocked.
