Help please. We are upgrading the servers and after I import the configuration from the old servers no one can connect and when I run VIPdiagonstic.bat the one thing that sticks out that is different is :
LDAP connectivity from the validation servers: FAILED
User stores connect to the AD servers and validation servers start ... but still can't connect
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
