I have an issue with my mail server IP being assigned a negative reputation with some of our customers. The have said I need to request removal through your IP Reputation Investigation page as they cannot do it. I have done this a few times, even though I know they could do it. I have never seen our IP address removed when I check back.
I appreciate you cannot take a forum post as fact. To that end I would appreciate if a mod/employee could engage through PM or email.
I have tried everything and our domain implements lots of email features like DKIM, SPF reverse DNS etc.
