Oh yah. U need a case. The ip removal is impossible to get off of. Even Symantec don’t know how it works.

We had this issue after we changed our email service provider and it didn't solve since then.

U will have to make a case. The ip reputation of Symantec is extremely hard to get off of once you are blacklisted.

Our email server IP (23.254.250.80) listed as "negative reputation" on https://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/ . We tried to submit form previously, but nothing happened. Hopefully, we can get some help from community. Thanks and Appreciate!
We have checked several times on our server, there is no spamming tech/issue and our server authorized is good. For instance, this screenshot is an investigation
(The server looks good).
And we checked other known RBLs. For instance: https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a23.254.250.80&run=toolpage
Our IP shows the good reputation as well.
Today, I tried to resend the delist request on https://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/ . But the form won't go through and page just redirect the the form page without other error information. (Not sure what happend).
