    Hello,

    Our email server is listed on your ****, can you please delist it because our customers are having trouble sending emails to some partners. The email server is being used to send a large number of subscription emails that are not spam, also there are no malware accounts and the server is clean. We are getting this error:

    The IP Address 91.222.7.130 was found to have a negative reputation. Reasons for this assessment include:

      • The host has been observed sending spam in a format that is similar to snow shoe spamming techniques.
      • The host is unauthorized to send email directly to email servers.

    The email server is ekapija-mail-1 and the IP is 91.222.7.130. If possible, make it a permanent delist/****?

    The IP list belongs to the Messaging Gateway product, please post your request in their forum forum (https://community.broadcom.com/symantecenterprise/communities/communityhomeblogs?CommunityKey=bba1e9dc-0c56-4fb5-9e3d-ef7f0d79b7ee).  That will also help with other entities you may try to send to who use the same list.

    Your IP is listed on Symantec bad reputation list, that you can check here:

    https://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/ 

    You can also ask for the removal on that page.
