Incident IDs sequence is missing in DLP.

    Dear Members,

    Greetings.

    We have observed that some of the incidents are missing in the list of incident IDs. For example like incident ID sequence 1 2 3 4........8 9 10. So incident IDs 5 6 7 are missing. 

    We have checked with the Admin if any incidents were deleted or rectified and also checked for all the incidents on the endpoint as well as network. 

    Has anyone come across such a situation? If yes please let us know how this situation can be rectified or if this is a kind of normal behavior?
