    Hello Kai,

    From CertificateID, did you mean the VIP Access Mobile App Credential? In the situation where a phone is broke or lost and you get a new one then a new CredentialID will be generated and you have to register that ID for further authentication requests. There is an Enhancement request in place to restore the original Credential ID but details of that will be available in future release.

    不幸的是，这个坏事发生在我身上了。我手机丢了，然后只能找到CertificateID ，新手机却不是原来的CertificateID ，几经周折找到了这里。我已经注册了博通的ID，但是卡在Site ID了，无论怎么操作，都提醒我系统出了问题，稍后再试。我今天还要付款出去，已经崩溃掉了。唉...
