How to uninstall Symantec antivirus on endpoints from Management Console?

The content of this link is not working: Uninstall the Endpoint Protection client using the command prompt. I tried it on my PC and powershell works. But If we put it into GPO - it doesn't work.

Any ideas?

Does the command prompt option work? If not, what is the command you are trying, and do you have the correct uninstall key?

There is no method to remove SEP from the Management Console.

There is a method to remove SEP from the management console.  You can use a host integrity policy to do it.

Here is an example of our host integrity policy that we used to remove SEP client from our cloud console.  The same technique can be used from an on-premise SEP Manager.  Note that you will need to have different uninstall commands for each version of SEP that you may have installed and will need to identify the product ID for each version.  You also have to remove any password requirements for uninstalling the SEP client if you have that setup.

Hi,

I have no idea about uninstalling SEP client from SEP management console. The way I always is using CleanWipe tool manually on the target computer.
