  • 1.  How to Replace an Exception

    Posted Sep 29, 2023 06:21 AM

    Hi,
    I want to replace Exception-Messages and struggle to configure this. :(

    My Idea was:

    <Exception> condition=__Proxy_10_1_1_1_P80 ; Guard Rule
    exception.id=user_defined.forbidden_filetype     exception(silent_denied)
    exception.id=coach                                          exception(silent_denied)
    exception.id=password_override                    exception(silent_denied)
    exception.id=configuration_error                   exception(silent_denied)
    exception.id=connect_method_denied          exception(silent_denied)
    exception.id=content_filter_denied                exception(silent_denied)

    and so on, but "exception(silent_denied)" is no valid action for an <Exception>-Layer.

    Best regards,
    Klaus

    Klaus, assuming 7.x?

    Can you create a user-defined that mirrors the silent_denied format?

    I still prefer changing my names of my exception pages so I know EXACTLY what was triggered, when everything says silent_denied I don't know which of those statuses was hit, do I?
