Hello, we are trying to block USB ports through Symantec SEP in a company with approximately 200 clients.
We prevented this with the USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports.
However, we could not do this with the Type C ports. SEP cannot detect and block HDDs connected via Type C.
It treats mass storage devices plugged into Type C as local disks.
Has anyone encountered this problem or been able to solve it?
