Failed to run action: InstallCoreAgentDll

Hello,

We have a handful of machines in which the Altiris agent will not install.  It was installed at one point, but since the original install, it was either uninstalled or had an upgrade fail.  I've cleaned the registry, but apparently I've missed something. 

Now when I try to reinstall, the agent produces the following errors in the install logs.

Eerror 0xC0000409 is quite unexpected here.
What kind of machine it is? Is it vIrtual? It either something related to virtual machine or third party software.
Could you please do the following things:
1. Extract agent files from aexnsc.,exe: run aexnsc.exe /extract:some_folder
2. Find AeXAgentExt.dll in "some_folder" in x86\CoreAgentDll sub-folder
3. Try running regsvr32 with path to aexagentext.dll
4. It should fail as well
5. If it fails then download Process Monitor procmon.exe from MS sysinternals utilities
6. Collect procmon log when regsvr32 aexagentext.dll is being executed
7. Send the log to me or Igor.

Hi Sergei, 
In following your steps, the aexagentext.dll was able to register...no failure!  But the agent was still not able to install.  Would you like procmon results while installing the agent?
