Hi everyone, I updated DLP to 16.1 MP1, and the agent list page appears to be frozen; the information isn't updating. The attachment contains an example of a device that appears not reporting but has recently received updates. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

We have seen instances of agent status getting stuck between the endpoint server and Enforce for various reasons.

Try restarting both endpoint detection server, and Enforce.

If it doesn't clear up in 24 hours, put the agent in finest logging wait for it to get the instruction, reboot it. pull logs for the agent, endpoint server, and Enforce and then open a support case and we can try to help you identify the cause.

As an FYI one of the largest causes I have seen is the monitor controller service being overloaded on Enforce and requiring more memory.

Be sure to check System requirements and recommendations and make sure you have the appropriate resources on your servers.
