Thanks for reaching out to the Broadcom Community.
To prevent this issue further I would suggest you try the following:
1. Log into your On Prem SEPM manager
2. Click on the Clients Tab (On the left)
3. Next, click on a specific group and then click on the Policies Tab (on the right) for the relevant group and then on External Communications (under Location-independent Policies and Settings)
4. From there click the Private Cloud tab
5. And then uncheck the "Enable private servers to manage my data" option in the SEPM for each relevant group. That would tell the endpoints to unregister the EDR bits and should help resolve this issue.
