  • 1.  duplicate search results were found they were not added to the list

    I am trying to remote install the client and the search computers option in the remote install keeps giving me this error. "duplicate search results were found they were not added to the list" - I know the client is on and connected to the network but it will not add the device whether it is selected by IP or hostname so I cannot remotely push the client out. We have had SEPM for years and it used to be good on remote push - now the functionality is nearly useless - it wont do discovery and when you try to add a mchine for install it shows the duplicate error and wont add - does anyone know how to resolve this or when a fix will be in to fix it?

    I didn't know you already had a case open with Support.

    In that case work with the team to resolve the issue. 

    If the need arises, Support can advance the case to the next level (L2 or L3) for further assistance.
