  • 1.  Dark Environment - JDB File Not Updating Clients -

    Symantec Console - SEPM 14.3RU6 build (14.3.9205.6000)
    Client - SEP 14.3RU6 build (14.3.9205.6000)
    This is a dark environment and I am currently updating definitions from:  

    definitions.symantec.com/defs/download/symantec_enterprise/jdb/core15sds/index.html
    (https://)  I could not past the entire URL here.
    I currently am copying the vd######core15sdsi.jdb (most current) and the SEPM is updating with these definitions but clients that have been upgraded to SEP 14.3RU6 show "Virus Definitions Not Available".  I use the Client Deployment Wizard and Install "Default Dark network installation settings for Windows"
    Which .jdb file should I download to update both the SEPM and SEP for 14.3RU6?

    vd630e03core15sdsn64.jdb  is what you would want to download for Dark Network Clients. If this is not updating the clients then you would want to look into the client side and check for issues.
