The Carbon Black Cloud Design Partners program is an opportunity for users of the Carbon Black Cloud to meet with the product team, and provide feedback on existing offerings and upcoming functionality.
Feedback in these meetings helps to inform product design and ensure that we build solutions that meet the needs of our users.
Who can be a Carbon Black Design Partner?
Any user of the Carbon Black Cloud can be a Design Partner! Simply complete the sign up survey, or if you have more questions. email cb-designpartners@vmware.com
What do Design Partners do?
Design Partners meet with our user research and product teams via a web meeting. These meetings are generally about 1 hr long. Our product team will present the topic and interview the user to get their feedback. Session topics vary - sometimes we are interested in feedback on an existing offering, sometimes it’s an opportunity to test drive new functionality, and sometimes we are exploring new topics. We will always let you know a little bit about the topic before the meeting to ensure it is a topic of interest to you.
What is the commitment required?
There is no commitment. When you sign up to be a Design Partner, you are essentially raising your hand to say “I’m interested in hearing about future opportunities to meet with the user research and product teams.” However, we hope Design Partners can commit 1 hr/month to the program.
How can I find out about upcoming Design Partners topics?
The Design Partners program will email you whenever there is a new opportunity! The email will include a brief overview of the topic, and the dates/times that our team is hoping to speak with users. If the topic interests you, simply reply with a time that works for you, and we will confirm the time with a calendar invite and link to the web meeting. If the topic doesn’t interest you, simply don’t respond and we will reach out in the future with other topics.
