HI Sergeant Jones - everything looks good in the latest files you uploaded, though as Roy mentioned I would recommend opening a support case for any files for security reasons.
The files you uploaded show that the update is missing due to an older version currently installed, so the update is applicable and missing as expected. As Dmitri said, the next step is to test running it manually with no silent switches to see what Adobe's installer says the problem is. This problem won't show in the agent logs (just the return code of "1" coming back from the OS).

recent Adobe Reader Update (ARDC-240116) ist failing on all clients with return code 1
how we could solve this issue?
We are using Altiris Patchmanagement since 2016 and never had similar "bugs" .
We could provide logs if requiered. We running Symantec™ Management Console
Version 8.7.2337 and Symantec™ Management Platform Version 8.7.1
