We are trying to upgrade from 14.2 MP1 to 14.3 RU2 but failed. After we were asked to specify database backup, a prompt appeared stating below errors;
"The system cannot find the path specified.
create a new RootXMLHandler
..."

has anyone encountered the same and was able to fix it?
