same has been tested from my side and it sucessfully worked. Definately it will also work on your clients systems.
This error is in my few systems, 3-4 systems I have re-installed. But now I will try the same step. Hope it also help to close my issue..

At the outset the way of phrasing it makes one think that you are complaining an issue with SEP whereas only after viewing it one is able to appreciate that it actually talks about a workaround to an issue. I would suggest if you could make it like a slideshow and share it would be more reaching to the masses.
