The zero-day patch/version (12.1.4112.4156) should be added to this listing.
I've done the same. And its confusing because in the versions.txt in the download it states:
SEP Client Version 12.1.4104.4130 SEPM Version 12.1.4104.4130 SIS Version 12.1.4104.4130
But it never adds new packages for distribution during the update.
I also tried installing an unmanaged client from the "DVD", and it still states version 12.1.4100.4126
Please stop confusing your customers... :)
RU4 MP1a did not contain updated client patches. RU4 MP1a was released to address the Heart Bleed vulnerability which is a server side issue.
I've upgrade SEPM to 12.1.4104.4130 (RU4 MP1a), but I didn't see any new packages. Is it normal ?
Where can I find SEP Client RU4 MP1a Client-Only Patch, if exists ?

Just select the version you are interest in and check the dates.
Unfortunately, I am not aware of the next major releases to come, but I am sure this information will be shared once some dates are known.
As for the NetBackup, you should ask that question on NetBackup forum.

The last section, labeled SEP SBE 12.1.x, should be removed. It repeats the SEP EE 12.1.x info from the top, but adds an incorrect "SBE" to its heading.
SBE versions are in the form "12.0" and SBE information is listed just above this.

Regarding RU2 (support for window 8), how is it installed on a SEPManager 12.1 (12.1.1101.401)? Via liveupdate? Or any other process?

When will SEP 12.1 RU2 be released? I have seen some information that says it is coming out today, but no real confirmation.
Direct migration to RU1 MP1 from this version is not supported. What you need to do, is first to migrate to 12.1 RU1, and then as a second step of migration - migrate to 12.1 RU1 MP1. I tried to explain the supported migration paths here:

We have pan india support and i want to upgrade my clients from MR4 MP2 to SEP 12.1 RU1 MP1.
Is that possible? and those clients are across india though which method i can upgrade clients instead of doing manually.

sorry for the late answer. The direct upgrade from 12.1.671.xxx to 12.1.1101.xxx is not supported.

Also i am having a PAN india support which take a time of 2-3 months for migrations which is handled by 4 SEPMs indiviually.
Manager has usually the same version as client, so when next to the version is not specified - the version is for both - SEP client and SEP Manager (SEPM).
So, the last SEPM versions are:
11.x - 11.0.7101.1056
12.0.x - 12.0.1001.95
12.1.x - 12.1.1000.157

These are 2 separate products, so fixes for RU7 will not apply on SEP 12.1. However, it may happen that the issue will not be present on the SEP 12.1 because of different architecture.

We can expect RU7 soon - probably in July (still do not know official date)
There is no public announcment on the date RU7 will be available. Stay tuned, as soon as it is out, I will post back here.

The general supported migration steps I explained in this document:

It is not said that the migration will not work. However, the migration from MR4 to RU6 MP3 was not tested so it might cause some unknown issues. As I explained in the above document, MP is a Maintenance Patch for a certain MR or RU version, so this is like a patch for the major release.
There is RU7 release in plans (no official date yet, it should be this summer on the market). Direct migration from your version to RU7 will be supported.

Why there is no direct upgrade from the older version into the newer version in easy way ?
eg. I have 11.0.4000.2295 and I want to keep to the latest RU6 MP3 but I have to step the ladder up one by one ? this is ridiculous for any environment larger than 50 units.
