Mail Security and Exchange 2016 CU15

Since we upgraded several Exchange 2016 Servers to CU15 we can no longer scan the mailboxes with SMSE.

I tried

and
https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?legacyId=tech250662


We have upgraded to the latest version we can download: 7.9.1.51

I also opened a ticket - no response so far.

The gui shows version 7.9.2.62 as the latest version - how can I download this one?

Does anybody know whats wrong?

Nevermind - I found the solution for the problem.

The documentation at https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?legacyId=TECH212055 is simply wrong or misleading.

The value for  ExchangeWebserviceURL needs to direct to the INTERNAL EWS URL - even it the server has been set only to use an public FQDN.

In my case all the server had got an Let's Encrypt cert and for that I had to change all URLs to the public FQDN.
After that the scans of SMSE stopped working

It had nothing to do with the latest CU I had installed at the same time.
