We are using Symantec Endpoint Encryption version 11.3.0.6201 on our Macs. SEE now leverages Filevault which is a standard application on the Mac. I'm being asked to decrypt and remove SEE remotely on about 30 Macs. I've been looking for a command, package or application that could do this.
What I've been reading is telling me that the install package created needs to have this option activated and then you can find the device on the server and decrypt it. I would like to know if that's the only method to accomplish this or is there another? If there is a solution what versions of Mac OS X does it function on?
I'm fairly certain this option was not select when building the installer so I really hope that there are other options out there! Thanks for any assistance!
