  • 1.  Can't boot to automation folder

    I'm not able to boot to my automation folder for some reason. The folder installs ok using "Install Automation Folder" from the Ghost Console.

    Trying to boot to automation through the console or manually selecting it from the boot screen:
    The progress bar goes across the screen to load the automation folder
    A Windows Windows splash screen shows and then the machine reboots again.

    I'm using GSS 3.3 RU3 

    Any suggestions?

    I had this issue when I installed GSS 3.3 RU3 last year and reached out to symantec technical support, they helped me figure out that it was the automation folder I had created that was the issue. His content is incredibly helpful.
